1. Who We Are

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you play, we may process:

• Gameplay data (on device): high score, coins, unlocked cars, settings (music, sound, vibration).
• Device information: device model, OS version, language — typically only if you email support or if analytics/ads SDKs are added later.
• Game Center (optional): if you sign into Game Center, Apple may process score submissions under Apple’s privacy policy.
• Support emails: any information you voluntarily send us (email address, message content, screenshots).

We do not require an account to play the base game. We do not knowingly sell your personal information.

3. How We Use Information

• Save your progress and preferences on your device
• Operate gameplay features (scores, garage, audio/haptics settings)
• Respond to support requests
• Improve stability and performance (if diagnostics/analytics are enabled in a future update)
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Data Stored on Your Device

Core progress and settings are stored locally using standard on-device storage (for example, UserDefaults). Uninstalling the App usually deletes this local data.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information only when:

• Required by law or valid legal process
• Needed to protect rights, safety, or security
• You ask us to (for example, diagnosing a bug)
• Provided through Apple services you choose to use (such as Game Center or App Store)

6. Ads, Analytics & Third Parties

The current version of Cop Chase is designed to run primarily with local gameplay data. If we add advertising or analytics SDKs in a future update, this Policy will be updated and, where required, we will obtain consent (for example via App Tracking Transparency on iOS).

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it where appropriate.

8. International Users

If you access the App from outside the country where we operate, your information may be processed in regions that have different data-protection laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards.

9. Your Choices

• Toggle Music, Sound, and Vibration in the App Settings
• Delete local progress by removing the App from your device
• Control Game Center / Apple privacy settings in iOS Settings
• Email us to request deletion of information you sent in support messages

10. Data Retention

Local gameplay data remains on your device until you clear it or uninstall. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request, then deleted or anonymized.

11. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information we control. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use the App and email carefully.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The effective date will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you acknowledge the revised Policy.
